FAQs
1
How should I prepare for a massage treatment?
I always advise to wear comfortable clothing to the appointment and drink plenty of water before and after your treatment to help flush out toxins that are released during the massage.
2
What do I feel after a massage treatment?
You will feel very relaxed, as your nervous system is at ease. Avoid planning a gym session or high energy activity to get the most of your treatment. You may schedule a work out before your treatment, that’s perfectly fine.
3
Can I resume my normal routine, like work, directly after the treatment?
Yes, but you might not be as productive due to your body and mind being relaxed. I recommend having an Epsom salts bath or a sauna after your treatment to seal in your massage and get the most out of your treatment.

How often should I come for a treatment?
It depends on the level of exercise and stress you’re under, as to how often is best to have a deep tissue treatment. As a general rule, if you work out or use your muscles every day, I would recommend every 2-3 weeks. If you exercise 2-3 times a week and stretch, every 4-6 weeks will be perfect for your treatments. For relaxation massages, you can book in a treatment as often as you like.
